Companies Registration
To access the company registrations platform, you must create your company account HERE

In section "1. Login Data" fill in your user data that you will use to access the individual account of the company

In section "2. Enterprise data" fill in the box with the CIF/VAT ID of your company and click on "VALIDATE CIF" if the CIF is recognized, the company data will be loaded and you can complete your registration by clicking on the "Register" button.
In the event that the CIF of your company is not recognized, click on "Create company profile" button, fill in the remaining information and click on "Sign Up" on the bottom right corner
Once you have created your account, access your account HERE or in the login box on the homepage of the website.

In order to send you the certificates with the credits granted to the scientific activities, we need you to provide us with your complete information and email address.

Cancellation and change of registration policy

Until September 5, the registration fee will be returned, except for 25% of it, which will be retained as an administrative expense.

Starting September 6, cancellation of registration will lead to the loss of 100% of the fee
-
A change can be made by requesting it in writing to cardiotox@viajeseci.es until September 6.
-
The corresponding refunds or credits will be made once the meeting is over.
Way of payment
You can formalize and pay for your registration by credit card through the registration manager
It is essential that you send us a copy of the transfer to the email address
cardiotox@viajeseci.es indicating the meeting and name of the attendee (Once we verify the payment in our bank statement, confirmation of registration will be notified by email).
